Promoting Successful Aging
Since its inception in 2003, the Acts Center for Applied Research (ACAR) has operated as the applied research division of Acts Retirement-Life Communities. ACAR’s purpose is to use scientific methodologies in applied research to explore ways to promote successful aging and enhance the quality of services provided for the nation’s older population.
Establishing Partnerships
ACAR actively seeks partnerships with a variety of academic, health care, governmental, seniors housing and other nonprofit organizations who share our vision of enhancing the quality of life for older adults and their families.
